Please put the documents in the order below for application in General:
1) General Checklist (ensure to sign it and tick for all the docs you are putting in)
2) Explanation letter (the letter need to type according to the rejection points in SPP with stress on each aspect properly)
3) Main file. Ensure that you sign at the last page
4) Passport front and back page copy
5) Family information form. Ensure that you sign three times. Also that you have to hand type all names with in the box in Hindi.
6) Student Questionnaire form
7) Letter of acceptance from Conestoga College (the latest one)
8) Representative form ( Sign the section no. 10.)
9) IELTS (Photocopy)
10) Photocopy of your mark sheets from 10th, 12th, Bachelor degree and individual marksheets, along with Master degree and marksheet
11) GIC certificate and Bank loan letter
12) Tuition fee payment receipt (you got it from bank and the college)
13) Affidavits from main sponsor
14) last 3 years ITR from self and sponsor
15) Financial Index CA (report)
16) Arrange all the financial documents as per the Financial Index order
a) Proof of properties
b) Bank Statement from the accounts for past 6 months
c) FDR
17) All job letters
19) Photograph with your name and DOB on the back
20) Medical form (leave it if you don’t have with you).
The main mistake that i made in SPP file is not attaching the employee proof eg., ITRs, form 16 etc. because being gap in studies for more then 10 years i needed to justify specifically, that i omitted after following SPP checklist as it was mentioned not to attach any additional documents. In the Absence of all the supporting documents in spp the VO may felt that this case is not genuine and going just to turn refugee. My strong point in my case was my track record like after sucessful Pg without any breaks or gaps, then continued job in govt organisation.
Guys dont try to attach any fraudulent document. if your profile is strong no body deny you the visa.
