Applied on 21st October,paper based. It went to delhi embassy. Recieved an approval mail today, Passport yet to be recieved.
Try and apply paper based if you have all the docs, online has larger queues this year.
I followed the SPP checklist and added extra docs -
1. My ITR(2yrs) and Payslip - 3 months
2. Dad's ITR(2yr) payslips 3 months
3. Affidavit
4. SOP

bro whr did u got approval mail? I just got mail that my passport is dispatched ....I applied on 22 Oct.

Introduction:
2nd para- ur background details, school.ug workex etc
Reason for choosing XYZ course:
3rd para- why this course,link it to ur goals. also write about why this college(bcoz of reputation blah blah) also copy paste sumthing from coll website stating about ur course details.
Why Canada:
4th para- why canada (it is safe,friendly etc)
Conclusion:
5th para- future plans,india is booming so will get a job here hence will return.ur parents support,etc.

I have also submitted ITR of 2 years ..and pan card details of father but after applying my file..because embassy was asking for it.. :-[..
