Hi i got passport and a pice of Document request after 65 days i applied.I sent it next day.And after 18 days i got an email from CIC london, it says

"Dear Applicant,

We would like to inform you that your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, on ******** to the Canada Visa Application Centre.
You can track the status of your application through our website mentioned below using your tracking number.
Tracking Number:XXXXXXXX
http://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada "

Goodday,pls I need your help.. I tracked my application they confirmed that the passport has been processed and ready for collection,but I didnt not get an approval email.I've completed the medical exam and also paid my fees ..but no approval email .. Pls what does that mean

I have applied for student visa on 22 nov. i havent paid my tuition fees and the last datefor submission is 4 feb.
What can i do now coz i dont no wether i get visa or not. I thought that after geting visa i am going to pay the fees.

dnt know d reason..i had applied under spp for may nd they defred my sesion from may to sept nd ask me for deferal loa which i had given them..bt aftr 89days they gave refusal

no i didnt order caips as the reason of refusal was already clear nd dnt ask for reason of delay ..i dnt knw after decision whom to ask for delay reasn.
