got UCI today

it says we can check the status of our application by keying in the UCI number, last name and date of birth on CIC. is it the sponsor or the person being sponsored's name? also it still appears nothing. They said they havent started processing our application, but the e mail from CIC and my representative says so.

You will use the Sponsor's info with the UCI# that is assigned to your file.
