Hi,
I need help. I got a refusal under section 40(1) (a) a foreign national or permanent resident…is inadmissible for... directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of this Act. in 2017. After that i went to US for study then in 2019 i apply for visitor visa for canada and now i am in canada and i want to study in Canada so i have a confusion that if i apply again for study then may be they will cancel my visitor visa also. So now what i have to do

How are you in Canada if you were refused a TRV?

I got visitor visa in October 2018. I was mentioned that my study visa was denied in 2018 I didn’t mention the reason

You have to show that you will return home after your studies to get a permit so applying from Canada makes it much more difficult to get approved. Will your choice of studies make sense based on your previous studies and lead to career advancement?

So if i apply my study visa then they will not cancel my visitor visa??

I don't think it's possible for any of us to say. It looks like your TRV was issued in error. If you apply for a study permit, it's possible IRCC might find their error and refuse / cancel your visas - or possible they might not. Impossible for any of us to say.
