Got the work permit and wants to help some other people

Hi,

Firstly Thank you.

I lived 6 years in Australia. While I was in Sydney, I got this job. I had few thousend balance in my Indian (NRE) ACCOUN
I had submitted my bank statement and bank letter.

I belived I got visa because I came back from Australia before my Work visa expired, so they had understanding that I won't live in Canada after my visa expire

I see from some posts here that many people have got their Work Permits rejected despite having a positive LMO and a Job Offer.

so it still comes down to Regulation 179 ?? you still have to convince the VO that ur coming back to the home country.

Hi to all,
My workpermit is rejected today second time on da ground that i am not sufficiently well established in your country.
2. You have not demonstrated that you have sufficient ties to your country and you depart canada at the end of the period authorized for ur stay as a temporary resident.
3. I am not satisfied that you are destined to canada for bona fide employment purposes. In my opinion you are nt a bona fide worker but are using the foreign worker program in order to facilitate your entry into canada.
Plz help me guys in this concern.
What i will do next step in order to get visa approval.
Plz help me guys.

Hi Robin,

With 2 rejections, I really dont think there is much to do. these 2 rejections will weigh negatively anytime you apply to Canada.

Its sad, but this is most difficult thing to prove / give evidence.
