Got the visa on 7-Feb-2010. Time to pack all the things now. Please suggest the important things need to carry to Canada. I am really tensed about all these.

I sent documents on 27-apr-2009 and they received my it on 2-May-2009.

Received Medical on 13-October-2009 and I done it on 19-Oct-2009.

Got visa on 7-Feb-2010 although it is stamped from 2-feb-2010.

i think your timeline should be as 2010 and 2011 instead 2009.

A list that comes to my mind is as follows
Landing papers and Visa
Birth certificate or adoption papers
Form B4
Proof of Funds
Family records (such as, marriage certificate or divorce papers)
Medical records (such as immunization records)
Dental records
Official school records for children
Diplomas, degrees and transcripts
Academic credentials evaluation report (if you had your education assessed before coming to Canada)
Reference letters from previous and current employers
Professional or trade licences or qualification certificates
Up-to-date résumé or summary of work experience
Valid driver's licence or other identification documents
Vehicle registration documents (if you are importing a vehicle into Canada)
