Got the PPR but one question !

Today morning I got the message in myCiC regarding following submission:

1) Passport
2) RPRF
3) Schedule A for main applicant ( Why? ). Is there anything to worry about? Anyone who got the Scgedule A request again?
4) An explanation letter: That why I chose yes in "any physical or mental health problems? "
Now, that was the mistake done by my agent.

I will submit everything. It's just that I m little worried as everything is fine or not?

Firstly, congrats on the PR. You needn't be worried on the Schedule A request, you already received the PPR. Just sign and submit it. As for the explanation letter, just provide one stating the reality. You can also mention that the agent is the one with issues. 8)

Yes you can say that and acknowledge the mistake politely.

I also received Schedule A yesterday after exactly five months from AOR.

I never received any request since AOR till yesterday.

Unfortunately, there was no PPR for me... :'(
