Got the passport request when i am outside canada and the marital status change when i land.

I got my permanent resident-final passport request this morning. I am in India right now for my vacation and going to get married on march 19 and planning to return to Canada on the first week of April. So my status will be changing before landing in Canada. I am not sure what should i do in this situation. In the letter says i have tp take steps within 30 days from the day i receive the letter. contacted ottawa office havent got any reply. and also not able to make a call to cic from india. contacted canada consulate in banagalore and they told they cant do anything with my file as it is processing in ottawa office. not sure what to do. Please help some one who really go through these situation or who have some good knowledge about this case.
