thnx mazleen..ya my status changed to dm after 2 days of ppr..and they already sent me back all the evidence and proof of marriage..ya everything seems to be going smoothly but i m just worried cos they dispatched the passport so soon.fingers crossed.

I still didn't get anything back from them.. Is that normal? I didn't send any original photos or cards etc..it's all copies.

@ sarim i will let u know about my timeline once i get my internet back..i m using mobile internet at the moment..and as i dont remember my timeline to the dot i will have to see it on ecas..its quite difficult to do it from mobile..pls bear with me.

@ mazleen ya that might be the reason cos u never sent them original copies but i thought u ought to send them everything original but i might be wrong..or it might just be logistics give it a couple more days.or they can send it back to ur other half instead..where abouts in bangladesh r u btw.

I'm from Malaysia..I've been married for 14 years and there were no original anything from the wedding anymore because it was so long ago..the marriage certificate that we got from Canada was also a certified copy since they kept the original one. Anyway..just hoping that I can get my passport in a short time just like you

Hi mazleen! I noticed you got yiur passport visa issued really fast. Did you go thru vfs?

We just submitted ours yesteday thru vfs KL office to be sent to SGP. Wonder how long it'll take before it comes back to KL.

It has been just a bit more than 4 weeks for us since we couriered our passports to SVO. No news from them so far...The return waybill has not been activated yet...

Does anyone have any idea how many days it takes for Singapore VO to dispatch passport after receiving from VFS?
I received the following on VFS tracking:
"Visa application, tracking ID No. XXXXXXXXX has been received by the Canada Visa Office, Singapore on 12/11/2015 and its under process."

No, ours was couriered by DHL since the VAC where my wife lives would not send it to the Singapore visa office. I can't seem to find anyone who couriered their passports (i.e. someone who doesn't live in the countries served by SVO)...
