Got SuperVisa Approval letter ,next steps from Delhi ??? Help

My Parents got Approved for super visa on July 24th . This what one approval letter says-
"Your application for a temporary resident visa has been approved.
You will be contacted by the New Delhi Mission who will advise on the next steps."

Does anyone know how long does it take delhi to get back to us ? or how does it work ? or what are the next steps delhi wants to discuss ?

You still need to send in their passports but I think the office is currently closed.

I have received two letters one says -

"As an immediate family member of a Canadian citizen, you do not need a written authorization from the
Government of Canada. Upon your arrival to Canada, an officer from the Canada Border Services Agency
(CBSA) will determine whether you are permitted to enter Canada."

Second one says -
Your application for a temporary resident visa has been approved.
You will be contacted by the New Delhi Mission who will advise on the next steps.

so i am thinking they might not ask for PP stamp .??

You need a stamp to get on the plane. I would assume that the New Delhi mission is trying to figure out how to stamp passports given covid and closures. You can email them and ask about stamping and whether it will be possible or you’ll need to wait until it can be done in India.

I have sent email and case specific inquire too yesterday . My daughter got stuck in India . i cant go because of my health reasons . Her visa is expiring on Aug 23 ,2020 . I am hoping new Delhi would take next steps soon . The responses i got were from Ottawa .

They are open though ,that's what google says (if its updated ) . I dont know if i should apply for my daughters visa extension or not . i have not been able to make decision yet i still have 23 days . fingers crossed .

You are posting about a supervisa. Confused as to how this is related to your daughter. What is stopping your daughter from travelling if she has a visa. If she can find a flight she can leave. If she doesn't have a flight secured it may be very difficult to find one by August 23rd. Some of the flights being offered are likely going to be cancelled.

My daughter is three . she cant travel by her self . i am 28 weeks pregnant neither my husband i can travel .

They had renewed their passports to get another visa on these new one's ,I applied for their super visa back in jan . They got their PP request but everything got shut down could not submit pp .
