Got S-1 TRV visa except of Work TRV visa

Hello,

I just received my wife’s passport from Ottawa today. She applied for new TRV within Canada, because she has Open Work Permit. Her visa should be Work Permit, but Ottawa stamped student visa S-1. Nowadays, she has Open Work Permit and S-1 visa. Should we ask IRCC to change type of visa, because I think this one was issued by mistake?. Thank you!

It doesn't matter. A TRV is a TRV.
