Got RFV today(AOR Jan 25th) - No update in GCKey or Tracker - is it legit?

I called ircc on monday to ask which office my file is and agent said ottawa. She also mentioned that medical,eligibility, security and criminal is passed and in gckey it just shows only medical passed on 24Feb and everything else in progress.
I called today again to check which date everything passed and agent dint give me any update. She was like processing time is 31 months.
Do you think previous agent gave me wrong information about all passed? I’m a bit nervous now.

Try the following:
1. Use every info as you exactly had in your PR application.
2. Remember even a small space can give an error.
3. Use city, state in the place of birth.

It should work.

If they say everything's completed, then it is! Please make sure to whitelist "cic.gc.ca" domain in your email, so that it won't go to your spam or update folder of mail. I was CPC Ottawa too, so you'll most likely get an RFV letter.

Update: Just noticed that you are inland. So, portal email for you should be on its way.

Haha, you are calling way too much for Jan AOR. Honestly, I wasn't even expecting to call till 6 months are over. No point in jamming resources when there are people who genuinely need access to IRCC's phone service (e.g. refugees, expiring WPs, etc).

Imagine if you were in her place. Wouldn't you get frustrated by callers who clearly are asking for information in barely 15% of the service standard time?

I agree with you, i am not calling again. Just got scared because on Monday without asking agent herself told that medical, eligibility and criminal is passed and today other agent dint tell anything. I hope if the agent told its true.

Hey its me again, i could login to the tracker and its says all 4 things as completed not passed. Does that mean passed, if you have any idea?

You know what. Mine took 3 days after RFV to update. I think none (PR tracker or GCKey) are accurate enough. If the agent told you that you are all set, that should be the right status. Only a few days to get the good news I guess

Congratulations! Time to start working on the next steps of the move I guess. I'm trying to figure out housing right now. With a large dog breed, almost impossible to find a place to live.

I was able to register in the PR tracker. Just takes a little effort in terms of using the right spaces between words, using "City, State" in the place of birth, etc.
My UCI changed by I did my Biometrics.
