Yes V.O. in INDIA who assess files are wise enough to understand why MBA can't be studymismatch........let me explain you....Actually you are in impression that only BBA graduate can do MBA from canada.......but it is not possible let me telll you why.......In INDIA bachelor degree (B.A.,B.COM,BBA,BCA)run for a 3 years.....so total education year would be 12+3 =15 year.........where as some degrees like engineering,pharmacy,law etc.run for a 4 year......so toatal education year for those gradutes would be 12+4=16 year........most universitites in canada requires 16 years education to get admission in MBA........so according to your above quote none INDIAN should be there in canada who is pursuing MBA because according to you it would be study mismatch.....In fact only those graduates (engineering,law,pharmacy) are eligible for MBA........

As i said before our senior member enfield )forum memebr) was law graduated student......worked with army for two years.....currently pursuing MBA from one ogf the best school of canada.....and yeah without submitting SOP he got visa...
I am not the authority; i might be wrong. But i still believe that he should apply with SOP. Going for MBA after getting an undergraduate degree is quite different than going for MBA after doing Mphil in computer science.

Brother this is INDIA......everything is possible here........so you have doubt it would be study mismatch right?
If a person who is charted accountant and successfully secured visa for just diploma course then why he can't?
Don't surprise to see such profile.....

There is almost no good Canadian University which offers admission in MBA without GMAT score. Its almost complusory. I guess your hubby wont find it difficult to get a good score in GMAT; he has already done Mphil. Nontheless, there is one exception which i know. VIU offers admission without GMAT score. Check the following link;

I trust you man but i can still disagree to some of your thoughts. CHC is certainly very lenient in India but still some students face refusal because of course mismatch. Hope he gets his SP without any problem, but writing a SOP would be an advantage.

Its certainly not good rank University. In India VO does not reject visa because of lower ranking of an institute but i would still recommend you to not go there. I am not sure whether its public University or a private one. If its not a public university you might not get Open work permit after getting the degree.

Hi,
GMAT is not required for following schools.....

(1) Vancouver Island University (low grad university atleast for MBA)

(2)Laurentian University

(3)Royal Road University

(4) Trinity western university- iMBA (12 months duration )

(5) University of canada west

* it is not advisable to take admission in any of the above mentioned school.....it's waste of time and money......MBA program is useless without GMAT score*...
