He has got first degree in Chem Engg and second one Mphil from UK in computer science.. Now want to go for MBA.. As he tried a lot go get admission in research degree in same field. But couldnt made it possible

will not be hard for him (i m saying it based on info. provided by you).......it is generally management apptitude test...ggogle it for more information...

After Doing GMAT which will not be tough for Him, he can get into MBA of a average university...but to get visa either he has to show some job experience which requires MBA OR in a SOP has to explain why he want to do MBA ..other wise it can result in study mismatch refusal ...

yeah for MBA 2 atleast 2 year experience is required for top ranked school......No MBA is for all...you dont need degree from business discipline to pursue MBA....enfield (forum member) is such an example he graduated with law degree and pursuing MBA in canada....

For cheapest Uni try memorial university or Regina University. Also google cheap Canadian University for MBA, you would find many options. He might get admission after passing GMAT which is only about basic maths and English, though his real job would be to convince Visa Officer why he is going for MBA after studying computer science.

Who knows (even V.O), he might be inspired for MBA because he want to open a business in future......since anyone can open a business.....

I did not say that it is impossible to convince VO. I mean you need to come up with a good SOP to explain this change.

I wish VO can be so flexible to understand this automatically but unfortunately they are not.

Yes V.O. in INDIA who assess files are wise enough to understand why MBA can't be studymismatch........let me explain you....Actually you are in impression that only BBA graduate can do MBA from canada.......but it is not possible let me telll you why.......In INDIA bachelor degree (B.A.,B.COM,BBA,BCA)run for a 3 years.....so total education year would be 12+3 =15 year.........where as some degrees like engineering,pharmacy,law etc.run for a 4 year......so toatal education year for those gradutes would be 12+4=16 year........most universitites in canada requires 16 years education to get admission in MBA........so according to your above quote none INDIAN should be there in canada who is pursuing MBA because according to you it would be study mismatch.....In fact only those graduates (engineering,law,pharmacy) are eligible for MBA........


As i said before our senior member enfield )forum memebr) was law graduated student......worked with army for two years.....currently pursuing MBA from one ogf the best school of canada.....and yeah without submitting SOP he got visa...
