Got Rejection

Hi,

I have applied for study permit two times but got rejections with the same reason
1. I will not return back to home country after my study completion.

Even though I have provide them strong financial backup and also tied to my country, Two strong running business and properties here.

Now I want to re apply for study permit again, what will be the chances to get visa for me.

we r on the same boat.

i applied on nov 20th and got a refusal letter on dec 13th stating that i ll not leave canada.

- parents assets and income not justify my studies.
- course mismatch.

i again applied on 17th dec explainng both conditions and providing ca statement,assets,statement papers etc.

waiting for their reply.........still under process..

classes from monday...jan 10th... :'(

My time line,

First Time Application:
Application Send: 28-June-2010
Got Rejection: 3-Aug-2010 Without Medical.

Second Time Application:
Application Send: 15 Oct 2010
Got Medical Acknowledge: 30 Oct 2010
Get Medical: 3 November 2010
Passport Send: 4 November 2010
Got Rejection: 10 December 2010.

With the same reason: I will not return back to home country, I applied for Alberta State degree Agricultural Business Management.

hello , can you tell me what course you selected and which college/university and what are your previous qualifications?

I have selected BSc in Agricultural Business Management, from University of Alberta.
My qualification is Master in Business Administration..
I got Transfer Credit on the Bases of my previous qualification....... Because my Bachelor program of Three years and Master is One year degree program......

But Now I want to apply for master program for Sept 2011 entry...... coz I got my Master degree this year... and I am eligible for Graduate program......

Can you tell me I applied again or Not

yes brother re-apply with your MBA certificate and select a good course , you will surely get the visa, I read about nour 140 on this forum he is a BBA graduate and he selected a BBA course in Canada and got the visa.

But it not create issue why i am now applying for MBA or other Management course after Two rejection.......
This will not make conform for them I not want to return back to my home country.......As they see my previous files in their Database.....

i think you should re-apply with your MBA certificate and select the Bsc agricultural course and write an SOP explaining why after an MBA or BBA you have chosen to pursue this course. did you select the same course both times when you got rejected ?

Yes.....
I applied for Fall entry 2010 first and then re apply for Winter Entry... 2011 with strong ties up here in Pakistan although it not need I also provide them my family insurance letters....... even my too.... my own family businesses (two Good Running business ) Property like plots and investments in share mkts................

you can explain to Visa officer in your SOP that your course selection would be helpful in improving your family business once you return back after you obtain the degree in Canada .Just show evidence of your family business in property etc that will make your case strong
