If all these documents aren’t fake.

This could have been stage 2 checks
As VFS offices are open in Pakistan.
IRCC must have got to know something related to his travel history which he didn’t disclose or criminal record or it’s about medical or anything which he hasn’t truthfully told in his application, this all must have happened after he submitted his biometrics or medical

They must have checked his profile again under stage 2 to start issuing the correspondence letter for submission of passport.

They found something fishy and boom - refusal.

okay, on twitter IRCC replied to someone explaining AIP and this is what they said
"2/3 Applications can be refused on eligibility factors (ie. if new information has been received or information has changed), as well as for admissibility factors, in the 2nd stage of approval."
this clearly states that the reasons for refusal has to be either new info or change in info
now, if there's none of that in this case, I think something went wrong on their side.
but damn that sucks, there's already so much stress, now this

This is why gcms notes are important, because now nobody has trust in AIP. Also they didn't just state 1 reason, they refused him based on 4 different reasons which is insane.

So one of my friends from Pakistan got his AIP on 14 August and received refusal today 31 August. How can it be possible and one of the reasons was purpose of visit which is checked in eligibility stage so what the heck is going on IRCC gone nuts.
Complete application medical passed, biometrics done..
Applied for masters program at Windsor uni under sds.

Dude, did you read any other messages I sent after the BOLD font claim?
It's like you guys want IRCC to reject you in Stage 2.
I clearly told in this forum that rejection letter and AIP are inconsistent. I also said if it's bold for everyone then we are doomed. I wasn't taking sides.
Go on troll me for trying to make you guys feel positive.
You insist it is a doctored document, don't you deny ur words! Making people feel positive does not mean you dont face the facts. I do not argue about rejection/approvals in stage 2, but you guys deny the fact by claiming it is fake is like "Donald Trump dealing with Covid19" =]]]

I hope so. It doesn't add up to what they are telling us on every webinar. This could really be some trolling but I'm just hoping it's not true because it is really disappointing for the guy and all of us.
The latest update 08/28 at IRCC informs that "There is no guarantee that the study permit application will be approved. For example, applicants who pass the preliminary eligibility assessment may still be refused based on eligibility reasons once biometrics are collected." His refusal problem could have been his fingerprints.

So what does the preliminary eligibility process look like? Is it like some AI that just checks that you submitted all documents correctly without having a case officer actually look at it?
Because if that's the case, AIP is totally useless and a money grab scheme.
I think anyone who can wait till January, should simply defer and wait - this is way too risky.

Maybe your friend doctored the AIP image.
I'm a professional Graphic Designer.
It's pretty basic for us to make sure the fonts are consistent when creating an ad.
Your friend might have used the same font but his name font is BOLD while other fonts ain't BOLD. Maybe an amateur sent his AIP, only then it's real.
@Mandalorian
I guess you may forget this!!!

Me and most ppl here don't have AIP. The only way to confirm is by getting more proofs.
The rejection letter doesn't have name in BOLD fonts. That led me to doubt.
And then there is this message where I did take your side and you did reply.
And now you are saying that I straight away dismissed this as fake. Idk why you are so upset with me? If you wanna take IRCC frustration on me then go ahead.
