I am in the UK as Student from Pakistan. I applied for study permit but got refused. I will give you all details and would like you all advice and answer of those questions which arose by a Visa officer so that I can reapply with strong SOP. I got CAPIS.
I got conditionally accepted by University of Regina for Bachelor in Fine art along with an English Language course. I have done Postgraduate diploma in Business Administration here in UK. Apparently, Visa officer gave given three Reasons on the refusal latter which are as follow. 1- Status in Uk.2- Purpose of Visit and Travel history. but in CAPIS Visa officer explained well why he refused. Reasons as follow
To study English/Fine Art at University of Regina. Concerns over BFs.
Acceptance on Fine Art Course is conditional on Completing English Proficiency requirements. I (VO) note that applicant was not accepted for Business Administration which was his first choice of study. Hopes to transfer over to this program. Smiler Business study courses available in UK or home country. No compelling reason for studying in Canada demonstrated. Not clear why he(my self) would need to pursue a smiler that appears to be at a lower level than the qualification he already holds. Appears to have spent majority of approx 4 years away from his home country and plans on staying away 4 more years- concerns that tie to Pakistan appear weak and may become weaker through this extanted stay abroad. Limited travel history demonstrated.
Please advice and give answer to these questions so that can make strong SOP. I want to reapply By 30th May from Pakistan with the same offer letter.
P.s: I also have answers some of the above questions.
