Applied on 12th of september 2013 and today on 26th of september they send me refusal
My husband was inviting me but CIC rejected my visa :(

Explain more about your spouse's condition in Canada yourself, which country you applied?
After that we might can help, Open work permit could be a option however it depends on your conidtions

Her husband is Canadian and has sponsored her for PR using the outland process. So an open work permit isn't an available option.

Yes he is canadian and i applied from pakistan
And my sponsorship is also in process
I am so depressed

I can totally relate to your situation! I applied for a trv on the 1st sept while my PR is under process. My husband is a Canadian citizen and I applied from Pakistan.they refused my visa on the 24th! It's so depressing. :( what are you planning to do next?

Sam.Am and hladha, can you please tell us what the rejection reasons where? Specifically, I'm interested to know if there were any financial reasons, for example, did your husbands include Employment Letter and bank statements to the TRV applications?

My husband included his job letter and t4 and bank statement and still they gave the reason not enough proofs of the income of the sponsor. Though they actually approved my sponsorships on those for PR! It's just they don't give visas. That's what I've figured out.

hladha, I'm sorry that happend to you. I have a coworker who is Canadian citizen but originally from India. He submitted outland spouse sponsorship for his wife. He also applied TRV for her. The TRV was rejected and within 2 weeks she received a letter telling her she has an interview for her sponsorship application. So it appears that they rejected the TRV to keep her in the country because they knew they would call her for the interview. Don't be sad, good thing might be coming to you. Be happy and just wait. Think about the fact that you have a lifetime with your husband in Canada.

I applied from Pakistan and its been just a month and a half since my file came to Pakistan and the processing time for us is 31 months. It doesn't look like I'm receiving an interview call anytime soon. But I hope something works out for us n I get united with my husband very soon. It's very difficult and depressing.

I dont know reason why they rejected i guess they don need to give visa thats it ...
And my sponsorship file is submited on february ... They gave enough time to wait huhhh

Hladha i have nothing to do next i have to wait for immigration :(

Why don't you try for a student visa? I think it's a possibility!!
