got rejected for sep 2014 should i reapply for jan 2015 ?

I completed my B.E. in computer engg. 2010
I have work experience of lecturer in polytechnic college of 4 years.
I got admission in george brown for game programming (adv. diploma-3 years) for fall-14
But i got rejected for visa.
I want to process for CAIPS
So what should be the reason?
was my course mismatched?
what should i do for reapply in jan 2015?

I applied on 21/7/14 and i got rejection letter on 8/8/14
according to letter there must be one or more reason(s) from below list:
1)invalid or mismatched course from previous study
2)gap in studies
3)employment(but i have shown experience certificates)

If you are a Btech you should have applied for a post grad diploma... not an undergraduate one !!! I Suppose that's the reason for the rejection !! change course and reaaply !!!!

What was your NOC.... Was it 4011 or 4012???
