Got refussed today!! please help

Hello everyone,

I have applied online study permit on 17th nov. got rejected today 2n time with the same reasons.
My question is:
Can I re-apply now for Jan 2015 intake? Or should I wait and re-apply for May 2015? I heard that it all depends on the visa officer, because my brother have applied with the same documents as me, but he got approval.
So should I re-apply now or wait for May?

No worth in reapplying until you didn't justify the rejection reasons. if you are refused 2 time for this intake then you should apply for CAIPS notes to get more details about the refusal. However, Can I know your profile and refusal reasons mentioned in the letter ?

-purpose of visit.
-limited employment prospects in your country of residence.
-your current employment situation.

I have applied from Spain, through Paris visa office. So my profile is very diffrent, beacuse the studies of Spain is very diffrent compared with India Pakistan studies.

it seems you have to write a good SOP, explaining oppurtunities available to you in your home country after the completion of your education in Canada. What is your status in spain? citizen or what? and also tell me if you are a student there or working?

The objections they made show you need to tell them about the reasons that will allow you to return back after completing education, like what edge it will provide you and job opportunities in the country of your citizenship.
