Got refused .. what should i do now ?

go for caips and reapply and take suggestion from other agents too but dont change course it will be a plus piontWhat should i do now ???
consult ur agent or you can reapply for offer letter if university cant wait for 30 days as its time taken by caipsShould i get a deffral from uni or should i apply and wait for the CHAIPS report
I got refused 2nd time with same other reason what should i do know. I am planning to get refund of my fees as its of no use to reapply for 3rd time after getting caips notes and all. What your suggestions guys do tell me ? Thanks

I have written explaining my refusal in sop . But i think that was of of no use and they gave me same reason this time also.
