GOT REFUSED AND WORK PERMIT EXPIRING SOON

Hi all,

I just wanna ask some help or insights as I am really down right now and can't think straight. My PR application got refused due to my negligence. The worst thing is my wp is expiring in 6 days. My question is, can I still be eligible for CEC after my expiration? My employer gave a permanent job offer that I used on my application which granted me 600 pts. But I don't think so he can apply for LMIA this time to support that job offer. I am waiting at the same BOWP decision. Thank you for your time.

Yes so you got rejected the first time, and cancelled may yourself. So is this your third ITA?

what u mean by this .. when ur work permit expires in 6 days .. i hope u put all ur efforts in PR application or u have ur work permit extension in progress ..

Sad to say yes, got cancelled last June due to incomplete docs and now refused due to negligence. I didn't noticed that there is a document that I used on my first application that is attached on the second one. Meaning, that document, ROE to be exact, was dated back March which I used during my first application wherein there's a portion there "pay ending period". The officer derived on the idea that it was my last day of employment, without looking on my current work permit and COE that states "presently employed".

what u mean by this .. when ur work permit expires in 6 days .. i hope u put all ur efforts in PR application or u have ur work permit extension in progress ..

I have applied already for wp extension last July together with my kid's student permit renewal. I am wondering if that would be affected since my PR application got refused.

I will suggest to make new profile ASAP.you might get ITA if draw happen tomorrow. Stay positive !! I know feeling of rejection since I got rejected once due to missing passport copies.

You can't claim the 600 point unless you have an LMIA.

You should expext your 'BOWP is now going to be refused as well.

Yes - you can still qualify under CEC. However as soon as your BOWP is refused you will be in Canada without status and will need to apply to restore your status and change it to visitor status. You'll also need to stop working.

I think she got LMO or LMIA valid for next 6 days. Only option left is new ITA within these six days or she will loose 600 point. Hope she get new ITA if draw happen tomorrow.
