I am of afghanistan national . Currently living in Afghanistan .
I have local currency accounts (AFN), but keeping USD current account is more convenient for me. I don't think that would be a problem.

I have bachelor of computer science with higher second class from university of Pune, India.
I am currently working with government of Afghanistan, in ministry of finance. My background, currentl occupation ( Senior application development specialist - finance sector) best suits for MBA. I don't see that as a problem.

The problem is, I had living expenses calculated for 16 months, but I am expected to stay in Canada from sep 2015 to August 2017, which exceeds from 16 months. I see this as a problem, and planning to correct it for my next attempt.

I have already posted my profile, you tell me if I can convince you about my ties to my home country . If you are asking me about any land, or something else, I don't have it.
My family lives in Afghanistan, I guess that's the only tie I have in Afghanistan .

Because Canadian embassy in afghanistan doesn't process study permit applications.
Canadian embassy in Abu Dhabi is responsible to process applications from the following countries;

Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions/abu-dhabi.asp

I would suggest you to apply the correct embassy responsible to handle applications from your country.

Com'on guys !

There is no restriction for applying visa in a VAC.
You can apply to study permit at any VAC which is continent for you. I know they have mention list of countries for each VAC, but in fact, there is no problem to apply from Dubai or anywhere else.

You guys left the main issue and started with VAC, please help me out the main issue.

In my opinion, your visa was rejected due to your home ties. Your fund and financial asset are enough and you kept your money in USD is not a problem. I knew very few case visa rejection for MBA program.

You must have a strong SOP to convince visa officer that you will come back to your home country after finishing your MBA program. How many brothers and sisters in your family? you should mention that you have to back your home country to take care your father & mother something like that.

And you could check a few person in your country who got visa how they convince visa officer about their home ties.

@bonapart

Exactly this happened to me - the same submitted documents, and same refusal reasons.

What did you do - did you get CAIPS - what happened at the end?

not satisfied me that you will return back to your country at end of your stay
And your family in Afghanistan and you're in Dubai? So you do not have ties in home country and you are an immigrant in Dubai? THAT is A PROBLEM.

How did you explain to CIC WHY you need to come to Canada (and not UK /Australia/US)? How your Canadian education could help you in your career in your profession in your home country?

i have shown total 60,000 CAD statement with the source from where I have earned this (payslips and employment contracts )
Did the statement show a period of time when you were making savings?

I doubt it but even if you are correct, the VO which is usually working with your country knows better about things/issues/situation in the country than any other VO. (and for the future. If you ever get into Canada you better follow the rules here rather than invent your own. It will make your life much easier here).
