Got Refusal Under Spp today :(

hii everyone .,.,., today i got refusal from canada, i applied under spp
they mentioned proposed program not reasonable in light of past studies, academic scores, and language abilities
what should i do now ?
my ielts score was w 5.5 r 6 s 6.5 r 7.5 overall 6.5
i have done btech in ece with 62%
i applied for wireless telecommunication course to humber
what should i do now ? please tell me

it was loan of 7,00,000/- INR which was 6,30,000 INR /-after approval
i completed b.tech in electronics and communication with 62%
i done advance diploma in hardware and networking with B+ grade of one year
i also done diplona in computer aided designing with A grade of 3 months
i passed senior secondary school with 52% in non-medical stream
i passed high school with 53%
there is no gap in between my studies till date
my ielts score is Reading 6, Writing 5.5, Speaking 6.5, Listening 7.5 overall score was 6.5

yes there were but i don't think that it can be a reason for refusal , as i made my case very strong with respect to b.tech i done advance diploma in hardware and networking, why they refused it i don't think can't we study the course where we want to go and study, why there are so ,much complications ? :'( why they do like this ?

sorry for ur visa rejection bro...i to have same profile and applying visa on monday what r my chances and any suggestions pls

2011 passout BE(CSE)>64% 15 backlogs
12th>64%
10th>55%
worked for 8months in a company and i am attaching my joining letter...
applied for humber wireless telecommunications paid 1year fee and GIC
