Secondary school 75% 2011
Higher secondary school 58% 2013
Ielts L 8 R 7.5 W 6.5 S 6 O 7
Job experience of 3 years in hotel
applied for resort and hotel management diploma in Thompson rivers university Two years
Ist semester fee paid
bank statement $59000
Reason of rejection
1 Purpose of visit
2 Upon a complete review of the application, previous academic and employment history and the reasonableness of undertaking the proposed studies in Canada, I am not satisfied you are a bona fide student & would depart Canada at end of authorized stay.

Visa officers don't grant visa for diploma courses. Not for south Asians. The Canadian institutes must stop taking applications from all the south Asians. Like seriously! I think the immigration and these schools are in business together.

Or the applicant has to show strong tie to the home country and have to convince the immigration officer that he/she will return after completing the program. They cannot logically deny visa application from South Asian countries. I have seen people to get visa for diploma from these countries.

I would suggest to wait for Caips note before replying.
"Purpose of visit" Although it is said that "Letter of explanation is optional and many don't attach this documents. My opinion, applicants must add this elaborating their previous education and experience relating this with current study plan. Applicants should provide strong tie to the home country (Job, family, assets) in this letter and proofs along with the application package. Do not indicate any intention that you may stay back in Canada after your program.

"bona fide student" I guess you need to convince them, your previous education and job are related to this program. If possible attach a recommendation letter from your employer stating how this education can be useful for your future career in your home country.
