Got Refusal on 25 sept, Received Gcms(took a month), Need advise of the seniors, Plz help

Received my gcms notes just now, it took a month.

It means you got low grades in previous exams and you will not be able to cope academically with your choice of program in canada

I see a common pattern people with engineering background being scrutinized very much. I am myself a mechanical engineer and I did had few pass class grades in elective subjects but not core (no backlogs) yet still got approved.

Can you post your previous education %age, results etc and the course that you applied for?

does not seem fair. after waiting for so long.
I would suggest going for Masters if you really want to apply again and get approved.
Improve IELTS
if you really want it dont give up brother!
