i had don PGD from UK in 2012 jan
got the admission in seneca in retail managment advance diploma 3years
submit 1st semester fee $6400
and show the balance in my account $ 21500
one more thing my study visa for uk will be expire in jun 2012

1-visa Officer Comment
2-you have not staisfied me that you will leave the canada
3-travel history
4-immigration status
5-your family ties in canada and your country of residence
6-purpose of visit
7-limited employment prospect in your country
8-your current employeement situation
9-your personal asset and finacial status

now please advise me what i have to do or how can i submit my application again

try to go for master course or atleast for P.G.Diploma.

First of all you did not "deserve" refusal as suggested by one member.

Based on the reasons in the refusal, you will not be able to get the visa application approved in UK even if you get admission in Masters program.

You will have to apply from your country of residence for Canadian study permit, once you get admission in a study program that matches with your profile and fix other issues due to which application got rejected.

man 1st of all the 2nd point is because you might have shown them that some of your relative is already in Canada and dew to this they also said point no 5 and points 3,4,6,7,and 8 are because the education you completed in uk had no advantage to you. and you were not able to find employment in Pakistan based on your previous education.
and 9 one is because you might had enough money but you did not tell them where you dot this amount from and in future you will keep getting this amount....
and bro apply again Canada is a very good place and people on this form helped me allot in getting my visa and 1 more facet is that Canadian dont give many visas for Ontario Provence........

but guys they didnt say anything about the course or level that is not relevant like this because the purpose i am doing this course i want to do specialization in this particular area of curse i also will do the MBA but for MBA i couldn't find any where who offering in retail management thats the reason i select this course

other thing i didnt mentioned that any of my relative living in canada ?

or did you know we can appeal or not or i have to reapply again ?
