Got Refusal for visitor visa

Hi, we got refusal for the reason

Given economic conditions, employment prospects, considering your travel history, economic establishment and family ties, I am not satisfied that you would respect the terms of your admission as a temporary resident in Canada.

Here we have given all our Property details worth more then Dollor 5 lakhs+, fund in bank Rs. 12 Lakhs, Job details with last 1-year salary slips 50k+ and for my wife 20K+, got sponsorship for cousin they r in Govt. Job there in Canada, we r leaving our kids aged 6 Years and 3.6 Year back in India with our Parents, apply for 21 days visit. Please guide us what we should do.

Moreover my passport is going to expire in April 2019. Regarding travel history we have gone to Thailand and Dubai in 2010 and 2012 respectively.

when did you applied ?
Dubai or Thailand did not consider in travel history.
what is your job + monthly salary + did you attach your NOC latter from your sponsor ?

We applied on 5th July. I am working in a IT Company and draw Rs. 52000 Per month.

what is your job position ?
are you receiving your salary by hand (CASH ) or direct in account ?
IMO, your salary is low.
