You need to show how the proposed education is in line with your previous education and professional career opportunities.. and since you appear to be changing educational paths, explain why. How can this education serve the purpose of working for a family owned company? Why choose Canada over other countries? What attract you to that program from X university specifically? Things like that but you should elaborate more.

Why do you wish to study in Canada in the program for which you have been accepted?
By comparing Canada with other countries it offers the International students with safe
,secure and friendly environment along with the high-quality healthcare all these factors
and the high quality education provided from the educational institution is what the
attracted me to pursue a post - graduate course in Canada. As a post graduate in English
Language and Literature having an aspiration to move into the field of Business
Management- Human Resource Canada offers a large number of opportunities to learn the
necessary skills and knowledge needed to be successful in the industry
2) How relevant is your program selection with your previous education/experience or why
you wish to switch career at this point?
Following an Integrated Masters in English Language and Literature I wish to equip
myself for a career in Management as scope of Employment following literature is
limited to teaching and research which doesn’t execute me much. Upon, analysis
and researching for a suitable management career I found Human Resource
Management more relatable being from a Humanities background. Upon further
analysing my personality, temperament and talent skills I feel a career in HUMAN
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT would be ideal for me. Hence, my keen interest to
pursue P.G Diploma in BUSINESS MANAGEMENT-HUMAN RESOURCE at
Lambton in order to launch and to establish a successful career as a Human
Resource manager of an organisation.
3) What is your educational goal?
“To every successful people in this world has one thing in common: that they all are
constantly reading and educating themselves on a daily basis”. Education is the only
everlasting asset in my life than the wealth I posed. My goal is to achieve a high quality
education not limited to classroom studies but that are practically applicable in real life to
enhance in my career.Canada has been in the field of international business with significant trade and business
relation as a result of this Canadian education is much more dynamic and up- dated which
enable the student to understand the rapidly evolving industrial practices whereas India
follows a closed economy until now and also an International exposure could help me in
building a strong career platform. I strongly believe that the course in Business
Management-Human Resources would provide a real life practical field work which can
be of great help in modern work environment, which made me to pursue this course from
Canada.
By analysing the curriculum provided by the college of Lambton in Business
Management-Human Resource I found this program’s curriculum quite interesting as
they provide the students with all necessary knowledge in all major business disciplines
including marketing, accounting and technology and also the students complete all the
courses necessary to write the comprehensive knowledge exam which is required to obtain
the Certified Human Resources Professional designation. Even though my country also
provide course with similar course but unfortunately it lack practical knowledge in the field
of human resource while comparing with the course provided from Lambton college in
Canada as it provides the students with a complete four month full work term gaining a
valuable work experience and insight into the human resources profession which is a bit
rare in my country curriculum.
5) How will this program enhance your employment opportunities in your country of residence
or of citizenship?
After completing my Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management-Human Resources
from Lambton college, I plan to return back to my home country, India to utilise the skills and
knowledge acquired through my course in order to support my father’s organization and also
it would open myself to a different carrier path which enables me to pursue my career in
human resource management as well as in English language and literature there by
increasing my job profile with better job opportunities and good attractive salary in this
current competitive job market.
6) How will you fund your studies?
The expense for my educational purpose such as first and second semester fees
(15,980CAD) along with the GIC (10,000 CAD) have already been paid. The main
source of our family’s income is from the company owned by my father. Our family
also owns other assets such as bank deposits, jewellery, and land which can be
liquidated in case of an emergency. The total value of all our assets is around
4,19,015.25 CAD.
7) What ties do you have to your country of residence or of citizenship? What are the
incentives to return to your home country?
My ancestral roots are in my homeland Kerala, my baby, parents, spouse, sibling, relatives
resides in India. I own ancestral properties, house and business which we had maintained
and cherished till this day. It would be a great honour to my ancestors to maintain my
family in my homeland and to maintain the inheritance and enhance the business and
