GOT REFUSAL AFTER AIP. AIP - Sep3rd. Refusal - Dec 11

My counselor told me applying for Gcms notes is of no use as the same thing is written which is mentioned in my letter of refusal. What are your thoughts on this

Appeal is the way.
I also received refusal after AiP in December. After completion of 1st semester got refusal. Relodged, decision pending. If i dnt received changed decision this time, I'll do the same asap

Reasons are elaborated in Notes and in our refusal letter they just mention pre-drafted sentence with Section number like 216(1)(b) etc. Try calling Ottawa cal center and ask about your file and visa officer's comments. ( Give it a try, not sure they'll tell or not )

Already started with Sem 2
Ottawa visa officer gave reasons which are absolute nonsense like financial and language incapabilities where as my course feel is paid in full Gic paid and ielts 7.5 also received scholarship from college for Ielts marks

If u reapply, show some more financial supporting. Thats what ppl adviced me in addition to full year fee.

SENDING A WEBFORM ISN'T GONNA HELP.
My application was refused after getting AIP. By the time I got refusal I already completed Sem 1. I attached my grades, LOR, Letters from professors and asked them to reconsider. And this is the msg I received from them.


Good day,
This refers to your recent communication received at our office requesting a reconsideration for your
application for a study permit visa.
Your application was considered on its substantive merits according to the applicable section of the
Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations and it

was refused. Your request for reconsideration has been reviewed and there are insufficient reasons for re-
opening your application.

A letter explaining the reasons for this refusal was sent to your MyCIC account on 12/11/2020 thereby
fully concluding your application.
Should you have different or additional information, you may submit a new application for study permit
with the appropriate documentation included. You will have to resubmit all required documents and pay
new processing fees. Please note that there is no guarantee that future applications will be approved.
 
They didn't even bother what documents I have submitted for reconsideration.
How can they say there are insufficient reasons?
Anyway, I have paid the new processing fee last December and still waiting for an update.

The refusal letter mentioned "I won't return back to my home country"

But in GCMS notes the reason is different.
"My previous job/education isn't relevant to my current program"

I have 5 classmates from my program who have the same education/job background as me. I have written a new SOP justifying this along with letters from my friends who have a similar background and how this program is relevant.

Just a friendly suggestion.. don't put your friend letter in your file... it has no relevance to your file.. Its his luck he got Visa with same profile.. He never used anyone reference in his SOP... If you do this.. IRCC will take as you are blaming them of discrimination and can offend Visa Officer..

Try to justify.. i.e. relevancy and future prospect... may be learn from your friend SOP...take some expert advice...
