Maybe they sent invites based on applicants score and not on application date

Seems like invitations from Ontario are NOC driven..they don't care much about points
NOC 2131, CRS 439, recreated profile on 28th July.

I also think that PT from ontario are NOC driven instead of crs score otherwise its no big difference between 447 and 441.

My score is 447 and noc is 2133(Electrical and Electronic Engineers).

Guys... I think that the reason people again started getting pnp request means score will drop below 450 in the coming 16th draw.

Assuming the 16th is going to happen in the next couple of weeks, you might be right.
The more it gets delayed, points might climb as there would be people who get OOPNP and hence 600 points.
