Got provisional admission offer ...Applying for visa need advice

hello there, I have got provisional admission offer from Uvic for MS and the conditions are to submit degree and english language test result, though i have already sent them but my question is that can i apply for visa on the basis of the study permit details they have emailed me ? what are my chances . thnx

You can apply with prov letter , but better to get confirmed one offer.

I also got addmitted in UVIC for sep 2-14 session n i sent all my doc to university and waiting for final addmission letter without any provision and i recommend u to wait for it as well

I too got provisiol admission offer for Meng Mechanical progam at Uvic for Sep intake. I have submitted the toefl score report and waiting for final admission offer.

@ayaz... plz guide.... should i apply with my provisional admission offer keeping visa processing time contraints in mind... as I feel that waiting for full admission offer will take ample time...
