Got PR Invitation, but Passport validity is only 12 Months

I'm working in Canada right now. Got express entry Invitation, but my Passport validity is only 12 Months.

Can i submit docs for permanent residence now ? or get passport renewal first?

If passport renewal, new passport will be issued and passport number and everything will change. In this case do i have to reject invitation and start from first with new passport number and its details ?

You can apply with existing passport, but do apply within days (not months).

You can also apply with a new passport.

You do not need to reject invitation or something. the ITA will work on old/new both passports.

Apply as is, 12 months is a long time. When you get a new passport, simply send a copy to CIC.
