Got PR, After 16 month stayed out of Canada, again have planned move Back Canada

Hey to all

We (me, my wife and my daughter) have got Pr Canada in jan 2014 and move there(Toronto, Ontario) in Aug 2014. Accordingly we have made our planning. I stayed there for 3 month I:e from 6-Aug-2014 to 9-Nov-2014. I have got PR card, OHIP Card And Ontario G license, also worked there and Filled T4.) But my wife and my daughter had stayed there for 18 days I:e from 24-Oct-2014 to 9-Nov-2014. They have got Pr Cad, but not apply OHIP health card), we all move back to Indian on 9-Nov.2014 due to my father heath problem (who is in India).

Now, after 16 months stayed out of Country (Canada), we again have planned to move back to Canada (Toronto, Ontario).
And have following inquiry:-

1. Will we face any problem/questions at airport that “why you stay such a long time(16 months) out of Canada.”
2. Is my OHIP Health card will be valid or I made a new one
3. How much time required to made OHIP Health card of my wife & daughter because they had not applied in there last visit and stayed there for 18 days I:e from 24-Oct-2014 to 9-Nov-2014.
Kindly reply as soon as possible plz…..

1. No issues.
2. You will have to wait three months from the time you return to Canada to begin using OHIP.
3. They can apply for OHIP immediately but won't qualify to start using OHIP until they have been in Canada for three months.
