Hello Ane,

Congratulation. Unfortunately I don't have the answer to your question. You can probably call a lawyer and get that questions answered for free.
I appreciate if you could kindly tell me if there was a reference of any of the below statements in the email or the letter that your received for PPR.

"It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent resident status. “

or

"We have completed the initial assessment of your application and expect to finalize your application without a personal interview."

or

"This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada, Your interview has been waived."

or

"This refers to your application for permanent residence within Canada on humanitarian and compassionate grounds."

thanks very much

Thanks ! I think you shoul post your Q in the FSW forum...you can ask Mitali...she might have the answer to your q.

Hey Ane,

Congrats! I was just wondering how did you get your PPR? Via email or they sent the hard copies to your mailing address? I'm actually a november applicant too. I got my med req on March which was probably received by CIC some time on early May and they have updated on ecas that medical is received but no PPR for me yet :(

Thanks.

would like to know when did u sent the withdrawl letter for ur FSW2 application? is it before u got visa or later.

The 2nd application must be withdrawn before the visa is issued.
