Your child won’t get PPR UNLESS you will not apply for your child TRV/study permit. Hope you clear.

Please can u explain more about this? I don’t understand why they will refuse the child’s application and approve the parents HCCP. Was the visitor’s visa or study permit attached with your application(hccp)? Are they expecting you to leave to canada to work without your 7years old child? I’m confused.

Around 28000 CAD we apply study permit

Don’t you think this your case is administrative error? I think you should write a letter to them and explain the study permit is attached to your hccp and it has been approved.
