Got ppr from LVO, different photo spec and appendix B?

Hi all, hopefully this will be my last question on the long route to PR...

I have received my new ppr from London visa office, and it asks for updated appendix B, updated information form, name passport eye colour etc, do I need to fill this in even if nothing has changed?

And also they are asking both photos to have my name and application number on back, where as ppr1 just said one photo with that and photographer info, and one blank.

I assume I just do as I'm told, but anyone with experience with this would help put my mind at ease at this last step..

I filled the form that asks for height and eye colour blah blah blah.

I also sent two passport photographs along with my passport. One was affixed to my COPR, while the other I am guessing is in their picture album (if there is such a thing)

Yeah it's just weird that the second ppr has different specs to the first and appendix B. I'll just do what it says!

Does anyone know if the passport copy needs to be in colour or can be black and white? It doesn't state anywhere

Did London also ask you to send your proof of status in the UK? (Assuming you are not British) Because my friend wasnt asked initially but they requested for it later.

Do I fill in appendix b in pen? This is very vague.

And no, I didn't, as I am British. Just photos, schedule b and passport copy. I am going to send it in colour, sign both photos as stated in the new ppr ..
I guess different visa offices have different specs
