Got PPR but my child outland

Hello all:
I am CEC inland with my spouse together, and our child is outland in our home country.
I received PPR but I have no idea how to mail our daughter's passport? Where should her passport be mailed to? How does this work for outland dependent?
Anyone have the same issue before?

has your child been living with you all along or has she gone out for a trip? Or she never came to Canada in the first place?

And in the PPR have they requested only you and your wife's passport or your daughter's as well?

she never came to Canada in the first place, and in the PPR it says "you need to submit the passport for you and for each accompanying family member.", that's the confusing part, since one of my accompanying family member is outland...

Did you include her as part of the application?

If so, then have her mail her passport to you and submit for all of you together
