Got PNP from pei & applied PR, but lost my job

Hi, I got my PEI PNP in Jan,2016 & filed my PR on March,2016. But I lost my job. Is it going to affect my PR processing? I applied through Express Entry. I am living in PEI from a year. But my spouse is having a full time permanent job.

is PEI economy bad ? even i am PEI pnp and thought of moving there ... it looks scary.

I am a software professional . i donot know abt the market condition for IT in PEI.

do you know how many months .. it's taking for express entry. very few IT jobs here, so check jobs before deciding to move.

Usually, if govt. of PEI is interested in nominating you, you should hear back from them within a month(that's what I have heard).Also, they do keep EOI's for next 12 months in their Database. If there is a labor shortage for a specific NOC, they pick candidates from their Database and nominate them(I mean they send you 3 forms to send a formal application.
