Can you tell me how your status changed in e-CAS. Do you see now Medicals Received ? Is it still showing "in progress" ? How exactly does it look like in e-CAS?

It's still showing "in process" despite the fact that from today we have the shiny visa affixed into our passport. They don't care about changing e-cas, no matter which stage your application is so you shouldn't worry about this part.
