Got our File No. but no Visa office indicated

We just received the email from CIO Nova Scotia indicating our UCI and application (File No.) No. but the visa office that will process our application is not indicated in the email. We currently live in Edmonton, Alberta and our country of origin is Philippines, is the visa office going to be Manila or CIC Pilot Processing in Ottawa?

Nowadays all within canada applications are processed by ottawa.
