Got Offer letter

Hi Everbody,

I am from hyd and got a offer for diploma course in centinnial college. But since it is a diploma course banks are not providing me the loan. Can anybody please tell me which banks will provide education loans for diploma course.

It is very urgent please respond to it ASAP. Thank in advance
