But I got really low score that what making me wonder weather I will be granted visa for my MBA foindation program but I have recently completed my education from UK which is ofcouse english speaking country and yhay to I have MSc from university of sheffield hallams ...so I think it should not be a problem if I say ielts is wavier for me on the basis of my prevoius master ...

OMG, do you read that it is meant for conditions APPLIED by a university? Guess what, there are unconditional LOA's.

Anyways, i fail to understand what is the big reason for asking advice if you doubt every word ppl that got approved tell you. If you know better, act on your own.
