Got new driver's license delivered. Should I upload it?

Hello!

Recently I had to have my Canadian driver's license updated because my visitor permit got extended. It now shows issue and expiration dates that differ from the scan of my driver's license that I uploaded with my application package for my PR application. Should I upload a new scan of the license or should it be okay?
