got my visa >>>>> university category

i am from india
applied for dalhousie university ...
applied on 14 nov and my visa got stamped 20 nov ...... 5 working days
but i received it later

profile :
12th-70%
BE cse 70% 2011passed out with 10 months work exp

finance :

14 lacks loan against fd
2 sem fees paid
savings 5 lacks

NO payslips anyone , no ITR's ... NO CA report of total asserts .. my consultants said it would be extra burden for them...

which course did you applied ??
did universities asked you to pay fee first semester or one year fee ??
because i have paid first just first semester 2500cnd and then they give me admission letter
