rockers: for Philipinos its 13 weeks but I applied from Japan, visa section is shifted from Tokyo to Manila . yeah it took 9 days and no medical.

may I know why it is 9 days/short processing time for Japanese residents?

I dont know but 10 days in mentioned on the website, its because veryyyyyyyyy less amount of people apply from Japan for Canada. as Japanese citizen donot need any visa, embassy handles about 10-20 cases per month for study permit (its my opinion)
