Got my visa rejected

Hi everybody ,
I had got 61%in 10th (2002)
in +2 (medical) i got 59%(2004)
After it i compleated my bacholers in physiotherepy with 64% in year 2008
I had got work experiance till june 2012 with no gap
I have 6 band in ielts with no less then 5.5 ....
I had applied in mohawk college for health ,wellness and fitness course
But still i got rejection on friday because of following reason
1 • You have not satisfied me that you will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay
2 . Not a relevant course

Plz suggest me wat to do next ...shell i change my course or not ...

I dont know your proposed course in canada is PG level or UG level,furthermore i dont think if there is any relationship between Physiotherapy and health,wellness course.

Your proposed course should be of PGD level....Secondly try to change the course which is more linked to your Bachelors..........

prove in your statement of Purpose that you have lot more opportunities in your home country after studying in canada.
