Got my medical call today- June 04, 2012 -CHC Islamabad (Thanks to Allah)

I read word by word all pages again, may be they might have forgot to add it to mine ;D . A lot of bad things happened in my medical, my picture also got changed from the one that was sent previously to CHC Islamabad. Kinda worried but having faith in Allah. He is merciful.

The last page of my medical letter states

"Dear Applicant,
Attached you will find instructions for undergoing a medical exam. You MUST undergo this medical exam within the next THIRTY (30) DAYS. Failure to do so will result in the refusal of your application.

Be sure to return your PASSPORT once you have completed your medical exam. This letter MUST be enclosed with your passport. Failure to comply may result in processing delays of your application.

Send this page a long with your passport. Don't be confused its clearly mentioned you have to send it back a long with your PP. My case may get delayed a bit but it's fine.

Dear its just only written on form that make sure to submit your pass port after conducting your medical examination and you can also confirm from visa drop box that we just only have to send our pass port.

Dear Inam no need to worry as form which you guys are discussing is sent by doctor in your confidential report and no need to worry about picture as medical officer just ask you for 4 pics not same as you submitted to CHC. Mine was also different with little dark print to previous one.

The maximum fee set by CHC Islamabad for medical is PKR 3550. It should cost you not more than this.
