The portal says my photo is still in review and I still did not get a card. Should I contact the IRCC at this point? I need to renew passport before June and I've been waiting for the card. Now what?

Does renewal of your passport mean going home with it?
For me I got the card after 14 days from COPR and my status still reads "under review", so just be patient, it will come. At most within 30days. thanks
